Our platforms are engineered from the ground up to be tethered systems and are more reliable and fly higher, longer, and carry larger payloads than competing systems.

Tethered Drones

PowerLine Tethered Drone Systems are used by private industry, military, federal and law enforcement agencies for various applications. Video and data fiber flight control enables EO/IR camera systems with object tracking; radio relay with tactical mesh radio; directional finding; 5G/LTE; 4KSDI video feed; stabilize, zoom and high-speed cameras; loudspeaker/signaling.

Tethers

PowerLine Tethers mount directly to the various model drones without permanent airframe modification. The power supply ground station provides power through the ultralight tether to the drones, enabling unlimited flight time. The ultralight onboard power provides unlimited, reliable, and redundant power to the drone. Designed to run 24/7, the PowerLine system will alleviate the need for battery swaps. Our tethers use an AutoTrack Tensioning System to retract from max AGL to landing. A lightweight onboard power supply provides built-in power management, and overtemp, overvoltage, overcurrent and short circuit protection. The system allows for consistent temperature on all motors.
